​Black Career Conversations is four Friday sessions for early-career and mid-level African and Caribbean professionals — built as an open discussion, not a panel. Our guests share real moments, not polished advice. You'll have space to reflect, ask the questions you've never said out loud (anonymously, if you'd rather), and hear how others have navigated the same crossroads.

​Theme: We've all been told to "keep upskilling" — but rarely told what's actually worth your time, your money, or your evenings. This session moves from reflection into action. We'll get honest about what investments have and haven't paid off, and you'll leave with a clearer sense of what to invest in next — and how to make it realistic alongside full-time work.
