Failure Panel
Failure Panel: Normalizing Impact Failures 💡
High-impact work is difficult, and things often don't go according to plan. While we usually only see the "perfect" resumes and success stories, this event is about pulling back the curtain on the reality of trying to do good.
Join us at the EAN office for an honest, low-pressure evening centered on the projects that didn't work, the ideas that fell flat, and the lessons we’ve learned along the way.
This is a community-led session with an open floor for anyone who wants to share a “fail story"—whether it’s a major project that missed its mark or a small personal setback in your high-impact journey. Our goal is to foster a culture where we can learn from what went wrong just as much as what went right.
