​We’re looking forward to gathering for our next personal development conversation salon - this time, we’re exploring the theme: "Relating to Our Anxiety." 🍵

​In this intimate gathering, we’ll come together over tea to share, reflect, and connect through meaningful conversation about our experiences with anxiety. Whether it shows up in our relationships, at work, or in the quiet moments in between, we all carry it in different ways—and there’s so much power in naming it and exploring it together.

​We'll also close with a gentle mindfulness practice to help us build more awareness around when and how anxiety arises, so we can learn to meet it with curiosity and care.

​Come as you are - open-hearted, curious, or even a little nervous. We can’t wait to be in this space with you 🌿

​Things to keep in mind:

• ​This salon is meant to be a safe space for participants to explore, share, and process. 🔄

• ​Please show up with a posture of openness, curiosity, and respect. 🌿✨

• ​We will provide hot tea for participants. 🍵

• ​The session will start promptly at 7pm. To avoid disrupting the group's discussion, late arrivals after 7.15pm will not be permitted to enter the space.
