Your Burnout Is a Chapter, Not the Whole Book
Burnout sometimes feels like an "end" and many of us experiencing it feel shame, grief and a feeling of personal failure or permanent loss while we heal. This session wants to offer a fresh perspective, inviting open conversations about our shared experience and to look at burnout as a single turning point in a long career that can actually thrive afterwards.
🎯 What to expect:
This session is an interactive peer conversation, not a lecture or a webinar. Although structured and facilitated by a coach, you are invited to share your experience but also any useful tips and tricks that you found useful while healing - since there is no one-size-fits-all to recovering from burnout , I found that the collective wisdom can be a good place to start.
🔍 What we will do:
Examine the hidden stories that we tell ourselves about our burnout.
Exchange shared experiences in small groups.
Extract key lessons about personal limits, learnings, opportunities to do things differently in the next chapters... and future goals.
👥 Who is this for:
Mission-driven professionals who experience(d) or recover(ed) from burnout.
Bloomers who fear that burnout ends their career ambitions.
Members who want an honest conversation about all the aspects of burnout: the bad, the ugly but also the good and the bouncing back.
📝 What to bring: pen & paper, your story and an open, non-judgemental mind.
