CropLife Europe is pleased to invite you to an informal briefing on the proposal for the introduction of a unitary Supplementary Protection Certificate (uSPC) for Plant Protection Products (PPPs), as discussions continue under the Irish Presidency.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the current state of play of the file in Council. CropLife Europe will also share the perspective of the SPC holders on the proposal, highlighting the importance of a predictable and effective IP framework to support innovation and competitiveness in Europe.
The session will begin with a short presentation from CropLife Europe, followed by an open exchange over some drinks and snacks.
