​Applications don’t lead to interviews. Conversations don’t move forward. Feedback stays vague or doesn’t come at all.

​This is what we call the visibility gap.

​It’s not about having more skills. It’s about how your experience is understood in a different context.

​In this 90-minute workshop, we work on making your value clearer and easier to recognize.

​This is not a lecture. It is not a general CV training. It is a practical session where you look at your own profile and start making it clearer, step by step.
