​​Excel4Pro is a four-year Horizon Europe project dedicated to strengthening excellence in research and innovation on novel foods, sustainable protein sources, and emerging food technologies. The project aims to enhance scientific and technological capacities in Türkiye, Greece, and Ukraine, while fostering collaboration among leading universities, research organizations, and innovation actors across the region.
Excel4Pro will now host its first open webinar for the wider ecosystem on 16 December, bringing together researchers, startups, and sector stakeholders to build awareness around sustainable protein innovation.
