About our Panelists:
Lyndal Walker is the General Manager of Innovative Medicines at Sun Pharma Canada, a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with more than 25 years of Canadian and international healthcare experience, recognized for driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and expanding patient access across dermatology, ophthalmology, and oncology.
Anne Woods is a Managing Director with the RBC Healthcare Capital markets team where she brings over 25 years' experience to lead the banks efforts in the sector across Canada. An active member of the Canadian life sciences community, Anne sits on multiple boards and is regular panelist and contributor to podcasts and various publications. Anne holds a BSc from McGill University, an MA in leadership from the University of Guelph, and became a CFA Charterholder in 2001.
Kimchi Hoang Lazier is a Global Director with McKinsey & Company's Tech, Media and Technology Group and is based in Toronto, Canada. As a leader in consulting, she has designed and delivered multiple digital and regional strategies, focused on driving growth and improving ways of working across many global LifeSciences and Med Device companies.
