Puzl Soft Skills Academy | Vol. 4 - The Hidden Cost of High Performance
Cozy season is officially here - shorter days, warmer drinks and space for longer, more meaningful discussions.
Welcome back to The Puzl Soft Skills Academy, our series diving deep into the human mechanics behind successful businesses.
This October, we’re opening up a topic that often sits quietly behind ambition and achievement: The Hidden Cost of High Performance.
High performance is often celebrated, but constant movement can make it difficult to notice what is actually happening underneath - whether we are energized, resisting, depleted or simply moving too fast to question our direction.
We are thrilled to welcome Alex Botev, who works at the intersection of business development, human behavior and energy practices. For more than 10 years, Alex has explored how fear, subconscious beliefs and our internal state influence the decisions we make, the energy we bring to our work and the direction we choose. His approach combines practical business experience with intentional language, sound and energy work.
Together, we’ll explore how to read the signals behind our energy: when fear may be pointing toward growth, when resistance is consuming our resources and when genuine exhaustion is telling us to stop. We’ll also look at the value of pausing - not as stepping back, but as a way to check whether the direction we’re moving in is still our own.
An Open, Facilitated Discussion: This session is designed as a collaborative, conversational space rather than a traditional lecture. Everyone is invited to share their own perspective, experiences and questions, and to be an active part of the discussion.
Grab a chair, bring your questions, your perspective and whatever you’re currently navigating. Come curious - this is a space to explore, reflect and think together.
All Puzl members, friends and ecosystem builders are warmly welcome.
See you there!
