Join us Friday, August 28th for a ruck (walk with weights) with YVO Warrior's LA Tribe, in partnership with MUD\WTR :gather.
This one is special with gifted hydration lollipops from our friends at LeLick!
The details:
-Meet at 8:20am MUD\WTR :gather
-Step off at 8:30am sharp for a 3-mile walk.
-We start and end at the MUD\WTR :gather. Stick around after to refuel and connect
-Bring a weighted vest, walk without, or borrow one of ours (first come, first served)
-All levels and paces welcome
-Goodies from our partners for all who join
