For one morning, the Spiegelzaal becomes our studio.
We’ll roll out our mats beneath soaring ceilings, surrounded by ornate mirrors and soft morning light. With views over the Amstel, this historic ballroom sets the scene for a morning that feels far beyond the everyday.
Expect a 45-minute signature Pilates class focused on deep core connection, posture and controlled movement, surrounded by the timeless elegance of the Amstel Hotel.
After class, there’s no need to rush back into the city.
Stay for healthy bites, refreshing drinks and conversation in one of Amsterdam’s most iconic hotels.
