A free morning gathering in nature for movers, breathers, and makers.
Some mornings are made to be spent outside.
Aural Fields is a monthly outdoor community gathering where tech professionals, creatives, and wellness practitioners come together to move, reset, and connect - all before 11am.
The second edition is here. Here's how the morning unfolds:
7:00am — Bodyweight Workout (Functional Beach Workout)
Bring your heart rate up and shake off the week. Full body, outdoors, no equipment needed.
8:00am — Breathwork
Come back to yourself. A guided breathwork session to regulate and reset after the fire.
8:45am — Music Jam & Nervous System Regulation
Live DJ (PhoeNiks) , open instruments, flowy movement. Come as you are — dance, sit, close your eyes, or just listen.
This is for you if:
- You've been wanting to move your body but make it meaningful
- You're a wellness practitioner looking to connect with like-minded people
- You work in tech and want a morning that actually recharges you
- You just want to spend a Sunday morning outside with good humans
