​About the Workshop

​The most consequential decisions about a strategic session are often made before its agenda is created: whose expectations shape the process, what remains unspoken, and which answers are already being quietly prescribed. In this interactive workshop, we will explore common traps in contracting and preparation, and practical questions facilitators can use to test their session designs before stepping into the room.

​About the Facilitator

​Alexandra is an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator, mentor and assessor with over 18 years of experience working with groups and leadership teams.

​In 2011, she co-founded F-Point, one of the first companies in Russia dedicated exclusively to professional facilitation.

​Alexandra designs and facilitates strategic, team and cross-functional sessions for organizations across a wide range of industries. She also trains and mentors facilitators, helping them navigate complex group dynamics and design sessions that lead to meaningful, actionable outcomes.
