This is a 3-day Programme:

Leadership development with a focus on the diverse and complex roles within EP leadership
Moving from operational to strategic leadership with confidence and clarity
Exploring key models and frameworks that underpin effective EPS leadership
Applying dynamic change-management approaches to real-world service challenges
Building and redesigning services that are fit for purpose, with attention to recruitment, retention, and financial sustainability
Using the EPS Quality Assurance Framework for robust self-evaluation and continuous improvement
Participating in small-group coaching to support personalised action planning and impact

This conference is designed for educational professionals and Educational Psychology Service leaders; including Directors, Principal Educational Psychologists, and senior practitioners who are ready to take the leap and elevate their leadership impact.

About Mo:
Mo Bham has co-delivered leadership programmes for PEPs and aspiring PEPs for over 15 years. He will facilitate opportunities to share leadership journeys, frameworks, and values, highlighting the shift from operational to strategic leadership in local authority EP services.
Since 2008, Mo has led EP Services and represented the profession and organised CPD for EPS leaders through National Association of Principal Educational Psychologists (NAPEP UK)
