About Event

Step away from the noise. Settle into stillness.

The Resonance Reset is an exclusive breathwork and sound healing session, designed to help you drop into a deeper state of presence, release what's been held, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Hosted by Pulsar Innovations, this intimate gathering brings together two gifted practitioners for a carefully sequenced experience: first, a transformative breathwork journey with Gyovany Muñoz of Medicine of Breath, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath led by Nanako Aramaki of Zensō

Meet your practitioners

Gyovany Muñoz - Founder of Medicine of Breath

Gyovany is a certified Breathwork Facilitator with a background in military service, martial arts, and leadership. After serving as a U.S. Army Combat Medic and Sergeant, he discovered breathwork as a powerful practice for nervous system regulation and personal transformation. Since completing his facilitator training in Bali in 2019, he has led breathwork experiences across the United States and internationally, helping people cultivate greater calm, resilience, and self-awareness through safe, grounded, and restorative practices.

Nanako Aramaki - Founder of Zensō

Former agency COO and flamenco dancer turned sound therapist and coach. After burnout, she founded Zensō and joined Rocklit as Director of Wellbeing, helping Japan's high-performers regulate, restore, and reconnect to themselves.

FAQs

  1. Do I need any prior experience with breathwork or sound baths?

    • Not at all — this event is welcoming to complete beginners. Our facilitators will open the afternoon with a full introduction and demonstration so you feel comfortable and prepared before each session begins.

  2. What should I bring?

    • We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Yoga mats will be provided at Mint Mat Studio. For extra comfort during the lying-down portions, feel free to bring a personal blanket and/or pillow — having your own familiar items can deepen your experience. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  3. What should I avoid before the event?

    • We suggest avoiding heavy meals for at least 2 hours before the session, as breathwork is most effective on a light stomach. Arriving well-hydrated is encouraged. Please also limit caffeine beforehand to help your nervous system settle in.

  4. What if I arrive late?

    • Out of respect for all participants, we ask that you arrive by 3:50 PM so we can begin together as a group. The breathwork session requires an uninterrupted container to be safe and effective, so we may not be able to admit late arrivals once it has begun.

  5. Is this event suitable for everyone?

    • Breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for individuals with certain heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety disorders, pregnancy, or recent surgery. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending and feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
