​Exciting Launch of the Arizona PRIA Chapter!

​Arizona’s property records community finally has its own table. Join us on Tuesday, November 10 as we launch PRIA Arizona, the newest local chapter of the Property Records Industry Association, starting in Maricopa County.

​Why it matters

​Maricopa County is one of the largest and fastest-growing recording jurisdictions in the country. PRIA Arizona brings government and business together on the issues that shape every closing and every record: deed fraud prevention, eRecording, indexing standards, GIS and land records, cybersecurity, privacy and redaction, and the responsible use of AI and blockchain.

​Who should attend

​Recording and assessor staff, title and escrow, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, GIS professionals, notaries, and technology providers.

​What we’ll do

• ​Introduce PRIA and how local chapters work

• ​Vote on the chapter name and confirm our government and business co-chairs

• ​Set the chapter’s first-year priorities, with your input

• ​Announce alignment with AZ Proptech Collective and the Arizona Commerce Authority

• ​Agree on next steps and a regular meeting schedule
