Portland friends, we’re excited to host a special collaborative tasting with Bialy Bird.
This event will explore the relationship between specialty coffee and pastry, with a guided tasting featuring a lineup of expressive coffees curated by Airworks alongside thoughtfully paired pastries from Bialy Bird.
Throughout the tasting, coffees and pastries will be served in stages, allowing you to experience how different flavor profiles interact, from delicate and floral to rich and fruit-forward.
