Chicago's startup ecosystem is full of talent. The problem is, it operates in islands.
Founders are building in isolation. Investors are deploying without visibility into the full pipeline. The connective tissue is missing.
Building Bridges for Chicago's Founders & Funders is a curated, invite-only evening designed to change that. Hosted by Atlantis Capital, LLC in partnership with J.P. Morgan, this event brings together early-stage startup founders and active investors for an evening of competition, deal-making, and tailored introductions at Emporium Arcade Bar in Fulton Market.
No pitches. No panels. No name tags collecting dust. Just a room full of people who are actually building and backing the next wave of Chicago and Midwest startups, paired up over some games with prizes to see how you can compete amongst a room full of competitors.
What to expect:
You'll be paired with fellow guests for structured arcade game rounds - competing as a team, rotating partners, and forming connections you wouldn't make at a typical mixer. Food, drinks, and arcade tokens are included. Winners take home a prize, and no its not another swag bag.
Who's in the room:
This is a founders and investors only event. Early-stage startup founders with real traction and active VCs, angels, and fund managers deploying capital into Chicago and Midwest startups.
This event is only for founders and investors. Events, including service providers and other startup resources, will be hosted at future dates. Contact Atlantis Capital, LLC for more information.
