What is Lean Coffee?
Lean Coffee is a structured yet agenda-less meeting format. Participants come together to gather, build an agenda, and engage in meaningful discussions. The agenda is democratically generated, ensuring that the most relevant topics are addressed.
How It Works:
Propose Topics: Participants propose questions or topics they’d like to discuss.
Voting: Each participant has 2 votes to assign to the questions they’d most like to explore.
Select Topics: We’ll select the 3 most popular topics for discussion, allowing everyone the opportunity to contribute.
