Get your business found in Norway: A hands-on Google Business Profile workshop
Building a business in a new country comes with a whole new set of things to figure out—including how local customers actually find you.
Join me Spence Cater from the Oslo Scoop newsletter for a practical, hands-on workshop for international entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small-business owners who are establishing or growing a business in Norway.
We'll look at how Google Business Profiles work, why some businesses stay invisible in local search, and simple changes you can make to improve how your business appears on Google and increasingly in AI-powered search.
This won't be a technical marketing lecture. Expect practical examples, straightforward advice, questions and discussion, and things you can actually go away and implement in your own business.
It's also a chance to meet other people building businesses in Norway, compare experiences, and make a few new connections in Oslo's small-business community.
Whether you've recently launched, have been running your business for a while, or are still figuring out how to reach your first local customers, you're welcome to join.
The workshop will be held in English at Dugg Design AS Bjerregaardsgate 49, 0174 Oslo
