​After the Idea is a free ten-session workshop series at Upstart Collective, designed for founders at any stage of the idea, from napkin to early traction.

​Each session covers one real problem founders face, in the order they face it: from communicating what you're building, to building the operations that run without you, to measuring what's actually working. Marketing systems is the framework. Business architecture is the point.

​Drop in for any session, each one stands alone. You don't need to have attended previous sessions to get immediate value. A founder who attends all ten leaves with a complete operating system for how to build something that lasts.
