About Event
A HIIT and running session Hosted by The Forge. It is the debut event for the fitness and mindset community. Meet up is at the main location (Herel play) then we run across the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge and back, then we have the HIIT session, games and networking at the Herel Play pitch.
