Two minutes with someone senior. One shot to land what matters. Done well, this is the moment they remember you — and start backing you.

You'll learn how to structure what you say so you sound senior, not junior. Clear, brief, credible — even when internally you feel anxious or unsure.

You'll build: a simple, repeatable way to get your point across in the moments that count. Skills: brief structure, framing, dealing with the pressure to prove yourself.

Week 3: Pitching Your Ideas

Get your ideas heard, taken seriously, and credited to you. You'll learn how to put ideas forward in a way that lands — without sounding pushy or hedging your way into invisibility.

You'll build: a method for pitching ideas so they land, get traction, and stay attached to your name. Skills: framing, holding the floor, navigating the fear of sounding arrogant.

Week 4: Navigating Conflict

Deal with difficult people and conversations properly. Handle a tough boss or colleague, say what needs saying, and address tension without avoiding it or making it worse.

Get a reputation as someone who can be challenged without folding — and who can challenge without damage.

You'll build: a playbook for uncomfortable conversations and holding your ground. Skills: raising hard things early, staying in the relationship, regulating the discomfort that makes most people avoid.

Week 5: Networking with Impact

You're at the event, drink in hand, surrounded by people who could change your career. You end up talking to the one person you already know.

You'll learn how to walk into a room of strangers and leave with real conversations — and a reason to follow up. How to build the kind of relationships that open doors, without it feeling transactional.

You'll build: a method for networking that works whether you love it or hate it. Skills: opening conversations, building rapport with senior people, navigating the self-doubt that defaults capable people to small talk.

Week 6: Stepping into Crisis
