Willpower alone does not form new habits. And setting an unachievable resolution just leaves you feeling like you failed.
Everyday Evolution is built on a different idea: that real change does not come from pushing harder. It comes from paying attention.
What this programme is
A four-week live group programme on Zoom. Each week, one simple practice to carry into your ordinary day. No extra time required. No apps. No sitting in silence.
You will learn to interrupt autopilot, use the breath as a gateway into sensory awareness, and bring attention into even the harder moments of your day. By the end, you will have a practice that fits inside the life you are already living.
What each week covers
• Week 1 — Enter through the senses: one sense per day, using journeys you are already making
• Week 2 — Name what you notice: the breath as a gateway, soft labelling to deepen contact
• Week 3 — Stay when it is harder: awareness in stress, boredom, and friction
• Week 4 — Integration: reflection, troubleshooting, and a clear structure for continuing independently
What is included
• Four live 60-minute sessions on Zoom, every Tuesday evening
• A small cohort of no more than 12 participants
• Recordings of all sessions, available within 24 hours
• A personal practice summary completed in the final session
• A practice reference card to keep
• Direct access to Evan across the four weeks

Who this is for
