About Event

An evening of real conversation with the female founders shaping Seattle's wellness scene, presented by Armoire.

What does it really take to build a wellness brand from the ground up — and stay well while doing it?

Join us at Armoire for an intimate evening featuring a panel of female founders who are redefining how women move, rest, connect, and take care of themselves. From weighted vests built for women's bodies, to a cycling studio rooted in presence over performance, to restorative experiences centered on intentional rest, to wellness events that bring women together through fitness and food, to hormone health coaching that makes balanced living actually delicious — these women are building businesses as thoughtful as the communities they serve.

Meet the panelists:

Cortney Bigelow & Esther Sedgwick, Co-Founders of The Carry, the first weighted vest purpose-built for women, plus a rucking club community on a mission to build "the next generation of strong ass grannies."

Jen Bunder, Founder of Be Here Now, a metrics-free movement community in Seattle built on kindness, curiosity, and the conviction that when people feel supported, they show up more fully everywhere else in their lives. A former OR nurse turned community architect, she builds spaces and retreats where connection isn't a side effect, it's the whole point.

Miracle Olatunji, Founder of Crunch & Brunch— A keynote speaker, author, and community builder behind Seattle's go-to wellness events series, bringing women together through fitness, food, and friendship. Also the creator of the Seattle Wellness Summit and the author of PURPOSE: How to Live and Lead with Impact.

La Quanna Cooper, Founder of Poised Wellness — A leadership and wellness professional turned founder, creating restorative experiences that honor cultural identity, intentional rest, and the balance between movement and stillness. Also a spin and certified Lagree instructor who knows firsthand that taking care of yourself isn't a luxury — it's the foundation.

Lauren Chambers, Founder of So Fresh N So Green — A hormone health coach and cookbook author of HORMONE HEALTHY EATS who helps women balance their hormones, support their cycles and feel their best through delicious, nutrient-dense recipes and simple lifestyle shifts.

Moderated by Carla Marie Monica — Seattle Seahawks gameday host, podcast host of The Morning Show Podcast, and one of Seattle's most delightful media voices.

The evening will include: A candid, moderated panel conversation on founding wellness brands, navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, and what it really means to prioritize your own well-being while building something for others. Expect honest stories, practical insights, and the kind of community energy that will inspire you.

Parking is free. Light bites and drinks will be provided.
