​capital run is the weekly 5k run for investment professionals and brings together people who work across deals in VC, PE, Growth and CorpDev for a weekly Tuesday morning run.

📍 Location: Meet close to Marble Arch, Hyde Park 5k run

7:20 AM – Quick stretch and meet
7:30 AM – 5K Run — conversational pace, scenic loop through Hyde Park
8:10 AM – Coffee & Networking
8:30 AM – Wrap-Up — head to work refreshed and energised!

​Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No! We keep a conversational pace suitable for all levels. Whilst we appreciate this is different for everyone, typically it means we run the route in 30 minutes.

​What if it rains?
The café has an indoor space for after. It never rains on a Tuesday morning 🌞
