​The way we conduct group processes can unintentionally reproduce power dynamics, amplifying the same voices and leaving the same ones out. For impact-oriented organizations, it is not just the big-picture visions of creating a better world that reflect our values, but the micro-interactions and systems we practice on a daily basis. This workshop teaches you hard skills of how to broaden group participation, which in turn increases access to collective intelligence for more representative and creative results.
