​Dr Florence Comite is a clinician-scientist, endocrinologist, and the leading female expert in healthy longevity and precision medicine — a voice in the field since before it had a name. She founded Women's Health at Yale, trained at the NIH, and runs the Comite Center across New York, Miami and Palo Alto, where she's guided thousands of patients using their own biology as the map. Her new book is Invincible.

​She's joined by Dr Tamsin Lewis — longevity physician and founding trustee of the British Society for Lifestyle Medicine — who has spent her career arguing for what the field leaves out: that hormonal and emotional health aren't soft additions to longevity, but central to it.
