今回のPoSは、海外留学の「EF」様とのコラボレッスンです。
テーマは「Pilates & Chat」-- ピラティスでカラダを動かしながら、参加者同士でおしゃべりできる2時間です。
PoSには留学経験者のメンバーも多いので、海外留学に興味がある方にとっては、実際に行った人の話を聞ける機会にもなると思います🌍

📅 日時：8月30日（日）
⏰ 集合時間：9:40 ／ イベント開始：10:00〜12:00
📍 場所：渋谷サクラステージ3階　スターバックス前
🧘‍♀️持ち物：マット（お持ちの方）／マットがない方はタオルを多めにご持参ください。

​【集合について】
⚠️必ず9:40までに、渋谷サクラステージ3階のスターバックス前にお集まりください。
EFと書かれたピンクの看板を持ったスタッフにお声がけください。
スタッフの案内がないと会場に入れないため、9:40の集合時間は厳守でお願いいたします。
参加者の皆さまをまとめてご案内させていただきます。

This month's PoS is a collab with EF — the study abroad agency a lot of you probably already know. This one's called "Pilates & Chat": two hours of moving through pilates together, with plenty of room to chat along the way.
A good chunk of the PoS community has studied abroad, so if you're curious about studying abroad, this could be a good chance to hear from people who've actually done it 🌍

⏰ Meet-up time: 9:40 / Class time: 10:00 – 12:00
📍 Location: Shibuya Sakura Stage, 3F — in front of Starbucks
🧘‍♀️What to bring: A mat if you have one, if not, please bring a few extra towels.

​【Meeting Info】
⚠️Please arrive by 9:40 sharp in front of Starbucks on the 3F of Shibuya Sakura Stage.
Look for an EF staff member holding a pink sign and check in with them.
Entry to the venue requires staff access, so the 9:40 meet-up time is a hard deadline — we'll guide everyone in together as a group.
