Trekking in the Wild
Rafflesian Business Network (RBN) Trekking session.

We will embark on a 6.8km return loop from Punggol Coast Mall to Coney Island. Due to path closures, this will not be a perfect loop, and will involve some tracking back. This is very family friendly route, with very minimal steps, but there are are gravel paths and boardwalks that may not be pram-friendly.

Please consider wearing a broad-brim hat, long sleeves and long pants, and wear a comfortable pair of shoes that grip well. Alternatively, please utilise sunscreen. UV levels in Singapore at 4.30pm tend to be in the moderate-high range and will progressively drop henceforth. Please bring your own supplies of refreshments.
Meeting/Departure Point:
Punggol Coast MRT station at 4.30pm. We depart for the walk at 4.45pm.
This is a singular meeting point. Those driving should consider parking at Punggol Coast Mall early and meet us at the MRT station itself.

Inclement Weather/Alternative Arrangements:
In the event of inclement weather, we will send an outreach message an hour before the start notifying you of its cancellation. If it is forecasted to rain in the late afternoon/evening of the event, we may also cancel the event by notifying you the day before.
If it’s just expected to drizzle, we may decide to still meet up to connect over an early dinner.
Post event activities:
Post-event, our hosts, in their personal capacity, will proceed for a dinner at a venue to be discussed, likely to be the Punggol hawker centre. Feel free to join the hosts in your personal capacity for dinner.
Group Sizes:
We limit the group size to 30 persons including hosts due to NParks regulations that require permits for more than 30 attendees. If you are bringing your family members, please 'purchase' the correct number of tickets so that we can track the numbers correctly. In case the group exceeds 30 persons on the day itself, we will split the group into smaller sizes with 5 minute departure intervals.
If you decide not to attend, please cancel your registration EARLY so that wait-listed attendees can be given the opportunity to join us.
