About the guest speaker
Congsu He is a Design Strategist and Lead Consultant at Thoughtworks.
She is based in Hamburg, Germany.
She started her career in communication design before moving into strategic design consulting and entrepreneurship, where she founded and scaled two businesses — a major events company and a premium lifestyle e-commerce brand.
Today, this combination of hands-on business building and strategic design informs her work with multinational organizations navigating complex transformation by combining strategic clarity, business focus, and human centricity.
Congsu specializes in shaping CX and organizational transformation, aligning cross-functional structures and operating models to drive measurable business outcomes at scale.
