In sync with Dr Dinesh - Decoding Osteoporosis
You’re warmly invited to the next edition of Goji Physiotherapy’s “In Sync With...” series - an intimate afternoon talk and gathering for women who want to better understand osteoporosis, osteopenia, bone health, and what they can do today to maintain strength, mobility, and independence as they age.
For this session, we’ll be joined by Dr Dinesh Mahendran, Endocrinologist & Medical Director at The Metabolic Clinic, who will share a clear and approachable medical perspective on osteoporosis, including how our bones change throughout adulthood, who may be at risk, when screening should be considered, and the treatment options available.
The Goji Physiotherapy team, represented by Kristy Ng, will also be sharing the physiotherapy perspective - what exercise for bone health actually looks like, why muscle strength and balance matter alongside bone density, and how women with osteopenia or osteoporosis can continue moving and building strength safely.
This afternoon is perfect for:
Women who want to better understand and protect their bone health
Women approaching or going through menopause
