Introducing X402 to the Philippines
Introduction of X402 Stack to Filipino Builders and Developers
StellarX PH Roadshow Series: x402 Session Introduction to x402 — Payments for the Agent Economy on Stellar The StellarX PH Roadshow Series continues in [City], bringing the next frontier of Stellar development to builders on the ground: x402 — the protocol that lets APIs, apps, and AI agents pay each other directly over HTTP. This session is designed to bring together builders, learners, and local communities to explore how machine-native payments work in practice — turning the HTTP 402 "Payment Required" status code into a working payment method, settled on Stellar. A client hits an endpoint, pays in USDC, and gets the resource — one HTTP round-trip, no accounts, no billing system, no API keys. Crypto News FlashStellar What you need to prepare for the workshop:

Goal of the Workshop
To build a connected national network of users, contributors, and partners through direct, on-ground learning sessions in key cities — and to activate Filipino builders who can ship payment-enabled apps and autonomous AI agents on Stellar. Why x402 matters: No accounts. No API keys. No subscriptions — just a signed stablecoin payment. On Stellar it runs on Soroban authorization entries, settles in under five seconds, and keeps fees extremely low. It's the missing piece that lets agents earn and spend on their own, and Stellar is now a production settlement layer for it — with the x402 Foundation co-founded by Coinbase and Cloudflare, and now including Google and Visa, plus an OpenZeppelin-powered facilitator that handles verification and settlement so you don't have to run your own blockchain infrastructure.
