Yoga & Sound Bath in The Park | Pasadena

​Unwind, restore, and reconnect outdoors and with others in my beautiful hometown of Pasadena at Grant Park - Kiana Fotoohi @pilateswithki will be guiding a nourishing Slow Flow Yoga flow followed by the healing vibrations of a sound bath with Archetype Yoga Pasadena for an opportunity to soften the body, calm the mind, and settle into deep relaxation - all levels welcome!
