The audience will include members of the Dublin tech community, as well as existing GiveWell donors, and Giving What We Can Pledgers. We'll have a friendly atmosphere if you’re already donating or just curious about the concept.

• ​Maggie Lloydhauser, Senior Philanthropy Advisor, GiveWell
  Maggie helps individuals and organisations explore how their giving can create the greatest possible impact. She specialises in making complex research accessible and offers practical guidance on evidence-based approaches to global challenges. Her style is warm and collaborative, and she supports donors at every stage of the journey.

• ​Adam Salisbury, Senior Researcher, GiveWell
  Adam reviews the quality of GiveWell’s research and investigates cross-cutting questions that influence grant decisions. He previously worked as a Research Economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and as an ODI Fellow at the Zanzibar Ministry of Education. He holds an MSc in Development Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.

• ​Jamie Cassidy (Moderator), Global Head of Trading, Mako Europe & GiveWell Donor
  Jamie leads trading at Mako Europe in Dublin and has held senior roles across equity options and related markets. He holds a First Class B.Sc. in Financial Mathematics from DCU and an M.Sc. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. He enjoys tennis and cycling.
