Civic Sips | Session 2

Civic Sips is a voter engagement series produced by YPinLex, bringing Lexington residents face to face with the candidates running for office ahead of the November 3rd general election.

Session 2 brings together candidates running for Lexington City Council in some of the most consequential local races on the November ballot. Instead of moderated groups, each candidate will have their own table, and you move between tables to ask your own questions directly. A chime every 10 minutes signals a rotation, and you're free to stay longer with any candidate you want to hear more from.

A voter guide from RealLife Civics explaining the offices on the ballot will be available to read at the event, and more information is available at reallifecivics.com. Collaborator tables will be on hand for voter status checks, polling locations, and early voting information. In collaboration with CivicLex, RealLife Civics, and the NAACP.

Free and open to the public. Registration is required so please register to attend.
