MDOC Problem Discovery Session 2
Medical Device Operations Challenge (MDOC) – Problem Discovery Sessions
Epicenter Memphis, through its MedTech vertical ZeroTo510 and its nationally recognized accelerator, is convening a select group of leaders from across the Memphis medical device ecosystem — including OEMs and their Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
These sessions are designed as working discussions to identify and prioritize the most critical operational challenges across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and field inventory.
From instrument visibility and tracking to inventory inefficiencies and reprocessing, these challenges create real cost and operational friction across the ecosystem.
Building on 2025
Last year’s inaugural MDOC brought together leading OEMs to define real operational problems — not theoretical ones — and engage startups to develop solutions.
The result: practical, high-impact solutions and a level of cross-company collaboration rarely seen in the industry.
We’re building on that momentum in 2026 — going deeper with a more focused group.
