​In Bangkok for the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings? Start your Tuesday with a different view of the city.

​Join Dr. Kid Parchariyanon and Dr. Pap (Phattarapon Atimetin, M.D.) for a friendly morning run through Lumphini Park and Benjakitti Park, with two local guides who love running here.

​Expect a relaxed morning, conversations along the way, and a chance to meet other visitors beyond the conference rooms.

​WHEN Tuesday, 13 October 2026 Meet at 06:00 AM, Bangkok time (UTC+7). We are planning to finish around 07:15 AM; the final route and finish time will be confirmed before the run.

​WHERE TO MEET Lumphini Park, at Ta Wan Curve (โค้งตาหวาน), in front of Suan Lumphini School (โรงเรียนสวนลุมพินี). Please meet at Lumphini Park. The invitation video was filmed at Benjakitti Park; that is the other park we plan to visit. The exact meeting pin and a landmark photo will be included in the final attendee instructions.

​THE RUN A social run through two Bangkok parks. We will confirm the route, distance and finish point before the event. Please choose your preferred pace when registering so we can plan the group sensibly.

​WHAT TO BRING Running shoes, comfortable running clothes, a water bottle and a charged phone. Travel light; bag storage has not been arranged. Please allow time to return to your hotel and get ready for your meetings.

​WEATHER Please check your event email before leaving your hotel. We may shorten, postpone or cancel the run if weather or route conditions are unsuitable.

​WHO THIS IS FOR International participants and visitors in Bangkok during the Annual Meetings week. English will be the main language.

​This is an independent community run hosted by local runners, and is not organized or endorsed by the IMF or World Bank Group. Registration for this run does not provide access to Annual Meetings venues.
