Bumps & Babies Yoga

​Calling all South Florida Mamas! Whether you're growing your little one or they're already in your arms, I’ve partnered with Perelel to bring you an event in celebration of each beautiful stage of pregnancy and motherhood! We’ll be led through an all-levels, hour-long yoga flow from Tara Ackerman that encourages playful connection with both your baby (bump or earthside!) and other mamas navigating the same wild and wonderful journey! Bring your bumps and/or babies and get ready to breathe, stretch, and laugh as we soak up the beautiful whirlwind of it all — powered by Perelel!
