About Event

Ready to stop feeling guilty for saying “no” and start honoring your needs without fear or conflict?

For many of us, the word alone brings up guilt, anxiety, or the fear that we'll hurt someone, disappoint them, or push them away. So we say yes when we mean no. We over-explain, over-apologize, or say nothing at all, and then carry the resentment quietly on our own.

Boundaries aren't walls. They're the conditions that make real connection possible.

This free community event is a chance to explore what healthy boundaries actually look like and to practice expressing them with clarity, confidence, and compassion, alongside others who are working on the same thing.

With guidance from a licensed therapist and the support of a community that gets it, you'll explore:

  • Why boundaries are essential for strong, respectful relationships, not a threat to them.

  • The different types of boundaries that support your emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

  • How to recognize when a boundary is needed, even when it's hard to name.

  • Practical tools for expressing your needs in a way that feels empowering and respectful to everyone involved.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own limits, language to express them without guilt or conflict, and the confidence to start honoring your needs.

This event is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves (first names only), and share as they feel comfortable.
