Inside the Forward Fellowship

​The Forward Fellowship is the only programme designed for leaders ready to move from navigating the future to creating a better one. Over 15 months, and with the stimulus of 100 multidisciplinary peers, expert facilitators and pioneering thinkers, the Fellowship challenges leaders to apply their agency, values and imagination to build what comes next.

​This session goes beyond a standard programme overview. You'll hear directly from our Founder and Chief Executive, Adam Grodecki and Programme Director Sherine Mahmoud on the thinking behind the Fellowship and the Forward Institute's wider mission. We'll talk through what the 15 months actually involve, the kind of leaders who get the most from the experience, and what you could expect both to gain and contribute as a Fellow.
