SPARCing Local Connections Conference
The SPARCing Local Connections Conference is back for its second year!
Hosted by the Office of Strategic Partnerships and Resilient Communities (SPARC) within Adams County Government, this conference is offered at no cost to nonprofit and community-based organization staff serving Adams County communities.
This year’s conference was designed with valuable input from our Advisory Group, made up of nonprofit leaders and community partners who helped identify the topics, priorities, and opportunities for connection that matter most to organizations serving Adams County.
Join us on Thursday, August 27, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for a full day of learning, connection, and collaboration. The day will include breakfast, an opening keynote, breakout sessions, lunch, networking opportunities, and a closing celebration.
Session topics will focus on systems navigation, organizational sustainability, collaboration and cross-sector partnerships, data and evaluation, staff wellbeing and work-life balance, shared resources, and practical ways to use AI to make the job easier.
