All of these are defense mechanisms rooted in childhood.
By establishing and maintaining a connection with our inner child, we can rewrite the script we subconsciously follow in our lives.
The “inner child” is a metaphor for the part of our psyche formed in childhood and, at the same time, the key to solving most of our problems.
In this hands-on workshop, we will:
👾 create a space to better understand the emotional patterns operating beyond our conscious control
🤗 practice ways to communicate with and care for our inner child, helping it feel seen, heard, accepted, and supported
💪 take responsibility for managing our emotions and reactions in alignment with our values and desires.
