Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Search for candidates using keywords, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records regularly.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to interview scheduling.
Collaborate with your Reporting Manager to close hiring positions efficiently.
