​This workshop is for freelance videographers, photographers, and creative directors navigating the beauty and pressure of creative work. For those who feel deeply connected to what they create, but also wonder who they are when work goes quiet.

​In 2 hours, we’ll explore two things that most people in your world rarely talk about.

​First: Who are you beyond your output? Together, we’ll explore identity beyond work and use tools from psychology to better understand what makes you you.

​Second: What does constant pressure do to creativity? We’ll look honestly at the pressure of freelancing, performance, and always having to think ahead. We’ll explore how to create real space for your own ideas again. Not as a luxury, but as a strategy.

​Hi, I’m Teun. A Dutch videographer and photographer based in Berlin. For years, I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world creating for brands, artists, and people I admire. Creativity, visuals, and storytelling are a huge part of who I am.

​But lately along the way, I realised something important: there’s more to life and identity than work alone. Right?

​Facilitated by Lea Mersch co-founder of Deep Work Club, psychologist and leadership coach. She combines 15 years as a professional athlete, 7 years in strategy consulting, and training as a psychotherapist — all in service of the questions that matter most.
