L&D Shakers Local Hub Berlin: Multicultural Work Environments - From Misalignment to High-Performing Collaboration
Working across cultures is powerful - however navigating different expectations around communication, decision-making, hierachy and others is sometimes needed.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the role of national culture, how it influences everyday collaboration and how we can make cross-cultural work more effective.
Together, we’ll explore how to move from misalignment to truly high-performing collaboration and what it means for L&D because: Diverse teams are more innovative and productive - but not automatically. 💡
It takes cultural intelligence to unlock their full potential. 🚀
✨ What you’ll walk away with:
• A deeper understanding of how culture influences everyday collaboration
• Practical ways to make cross-cultural teamwork more effective
• A fresh lens on how to design learning experiences for diverse audiences
• Insights into Erin Meyer’s cultural scales and how they show up at work
• A better understanding of your own cultural lens
