​Inside the Virgin Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, Nobu is the world's largest outpost of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's global empire, a name that has defined the gold standard of Japanese cuisine for three decades and counted everyone from heads of state to Hollywood royalty among its regulars.

​The Sumi Room is Nobu Las Vegas's most coveted private dining space, tucked away from the main floor and designed for exactly this kind of gathering. The menu covers all the classics: black cod miso, yellowtail jalapeño, premium omakase, and we have the room reserved for the evening.
