🚀 Ready to put your innovation skills to the test? At Edmonton Startup Week, you’ll join a team of peers and use a fictitious startup scenario to and design an IP strategy that can stand up to real-world challenges. Each team is themed—Life Sciences, SaaS, Medtech, Consumer Retail & Lifestyle, Deep Tech, and Clean Tech—so you’ll dive into the sector that excites you most. Along the way, you’ll tackle patent and trademark searches, confront a wild card scenario, and sharpen your ability to make smart, fast decisions under pressure. With tools like the CIPO IP Checklist, a 1-page IP guide, and worksheets designed to help you think like an investor, you’ll level up your startup toolkit in just one afternoon. To cap it off, every team will pitch their strategy and get live feedback from peers and experts.
