A one-day interactive workshop designed for real estate operators, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to structure or invest in OpCo/PropCo platforms.

Thursday, August 20 — 12:00pm-2:00pm EDT

The session will be recorded and shared with all participants via Circle.

In a single 120-minute live session, you’ll dive into real-world frameworks, explore new case studies, and walk away with practical tools to apply to your own ventures.

Participants will receive post-course access to Circle, where we’ll share the session recording, sample agreements, and template resources.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the OpCo/PropCo model—how and why companies separate real estate from operations.

  • Structure OpCo/PropCo capital stacks—mapping investor profiles, deal terms, and governance structures.

  • Evaluate case studies of successful platforms—learning from hospitality, logistics, housing, and niche real estate sectors.

  • Develop a GTM strategy—walking through real-world investor conversations.

You’ll leave with a sharper lens for evaluating and executing these structures—whether you’re launching a platform, investing in one, or advising a founder.

  • Sam & FlexHouse Offices – Creating a flexible office operating company using PropCo partnerships, then launching new PropCo

  • Amelia & NewPath Homes – Launching an SFR platform through an OpCo/PropCo structure with HNWIs and a family office

  • Rebeka & Restored Hotels – Forming a co-GP partnership to build a niche hotel brand and portfolio

Format & Access:

  • One live sessions: Two hours in one day

  • Post-workshop access: All participants will receive an invitation to join our private Circle community after the workshop concludes.

Within one week of the workshop ending, participants will receive the session recording, sample agreements, and template resources.
