​Recruitment is full of familiar assumptions, well-used metrics, and questions we often think we already understand. But what are the deeper questions Talent Acquisition professionals want answered about the future of hiring?

​In this interactive workshop, we will explore what is changing, where the real trade-offs lie, and what we need to understand from company leaders as we look towards 2027. Together with TA peers, you will help shape the themes and questions for Hipped’s next recruitment study, in collaboration with TA Café.

​What to expect:
A practical, collaborative workshop where your input directly influences the next recruitment study. Following data collection in October–November, participants will receive early access to the findings and, for those interested, access to the underlying survey data.
